Rydym yn ysgol gyfeillgar, brysur gyda llu o bethau'n digwydd bob dydd. Bwriad y wefan ydy rhoi blas o'r ysgol i chi, yn ogystal â rhannu gwybodaeth diweddaraf i chi rieni a disgyblion.  

Mae pob ysgol yn cael ei gategoreiddio fel lliw yn seiliedig ar ddata'r tair blynedd flaenorol. Mae Ysgol Pen-y-Groes wedi'i chategoreiddio yn ysgol werdd.

Mae cymuned yr ysgol gyfan wedi bod yn rhan annatod o lwyddiant a gwelliant yr ysgol dros y blynyddoedd. Rydym wedi canolbwyntio ar sicrhau llwyddiant i bob disgybl o dan ein gofal. Mae'r gyfradd lwyddiant 100% ar ddiwedd Cyfnod Allweddol 2 dros y tair blynedd diwethaf yn dyst i waith caled ac ymroddiad yr holl ddisgyblion, staff, llywodraethwyr a rhieni.

Welcome to Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Pen-Y-Groes.

We are a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils.

Each January all schools ability to improve is catagorized as a colour based on the previous three years’ data.  Ysgol Pen-y-Groes has been categorized as green, the highest catagory awarded. 

The whole school community has been integral to the success and improvement year on year of the school.  We have focused on ensuring that every child can succeed and achieve. The 100% success rate at the end of Key Stage 2 for the past three years are testament to the hard work and commitment of all pupils, staff, governors and parents.

Together we can ensure that there is no limit to any child’s success at Ysgol Gymraeg Pen y Groes.
